March 26, 2020 – All residents are now required to pass through screening before entering the Friends House common areas.
Screening sites are located at the side entrance to the Health Care Unit (along the Ring Road), Assisted Living, and at the main entrance to the Lobby.
The doors to the lobby will be locked, so ring the doorbell and a staff member will come to conduct the screening. The process consists of taking your temperature, checking for signs of acute respiratory distress, and answering a few questions. During off hours, the only screening stations that will be open will be the side of the Health Care Unit and Assisted Living.
Once you pass screening, you will be given a sticker to wear throughout the day showing you have passed. If you are in a commons area and do not have a sticker, you will be asked to visit a screening station.
We thank you for your understanding and compliance in our efforts to keep a safe, sanitary and Coronavirus-free campus.
